Of course not. Unlike other websites, www.flysantaclaus.com has 5 different models for letters so a different letter can be sent to each child. In addition, you have a paragraph in each letter in which to add your personal message to the child. This will be added to the letter as a postscript.


We recommend that orders are placed before 10th December. You can place an order up to the 15th December but only using the urgent postal option in order to guarantee that it will arrive before Christmas Day. Under no circumstances can we accept orders after 15th December.

You will be able to see the final text before completing the order. Please check carefully to make sure that it does not contain any typing errors. Once the order is completed it is not possible to change the letter because it is immediately passed through to production.

Since we send the letters through the standard postal service we do not have a number that we can use to follow the progress of the order, so unfortunately we are not able to respond to requests to find out the postal status of an order. We can only say on what day the letter was sent. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

In order to be sure that letters arrive before Christmas Day, all orders should be made before 10th December if the delivery method is standard postage or before 15th December if the delivery method is urgent postage. All orders are sent out during the month of December (apart from urgent letters that are sent out immediately) and from the moment the order is processed it normally takes up to 12 days for you to receive the letter.

However, there are always exceptions and there can be problems with sending things through the post. The Christmas period is particularly slow for the postal service given the greater volume of deliveries during this period. If the letter does arrive late we guarantee to give you your money back.
